Any person confirming a booking with 123transfers.net accepts to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Any person not agreeing with these conditions should not proceed with a booking.
Users of our website must be 18 years old or over.

Reservations and Payment
Reservations may be made online.
A confirmation is automatically generated and sent to the email address provided when a booking is made.
The written confirmation acts as the voucher and must be presented to the 123transfers.net representative.
Full payment is required by arrival.

Baby Seats
Baby and child seats are not available.

Private Transfers
Any children and infants count as a full pessenger.

Amendments to Reservations
Booking amendments for flight numbers, timings, accommodation name or address and mobile number can be made by using the contacts provided on this website up to 2 days before the service is provided.

Cancellation

Late Bookings
Bookings can be made up to 24 hours before departure on the website. Last minute bookings with less than 24 hours notice should be made on request first by calling (00 34) 657 918 467 during office hours then sent by email to the following address: info@123transfers.net

Baggage Allowance
Unless otherwise stated, our overseas suppliers will accommodate one piece of hand luggage and one suitcase per passenger. If you are travelling with golf clubs, bikes, windsurf boards, wheelchairs or other bulky items, it is imperative that you notify 123transfers at time of making your booking so that appropriate
arrangements can be made. The overseas supplier reserves the right to charge for excess baggage. Your luggage is carried at entirely your own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage. You are therefore advised to check your own holiday travel insurance.
Cost for excess baggage
•    Bicycles – €10
•    Surfboards – €10
•    Golf bags – €5
•    Standard wheelchairs – Free
•    Electric wheelchairs – €20 (Assuming the passenger can travel on the same bus or minibus – the drivers are happy to offer assistance if needed)

Transportation Conditions
The local supplier reserves the right to carry any person who appears to be drunk or under the influence of drugs or who could be considered a danger to other passengers. In these circumstances there will be no refund and the person concerned will be responsible for any costs they incur in getting to their accommodation.
